From the article: Top 6 Gassy Foods
We all have them –- certain foods that we know will leave us gassy! We eat them because we love them or because we know they are good for us, but when we do we usually end up paying later. Tell us what your most gassy foods are and find out what triggers intestinal gas in others. Name the Culprit!

Onions

A lot of vegetables do it to me, but onions are the worst. I love them too much to give up, but always regret eating them later.

bananas and pineapple

Love them both, but they make me suffer! I would like to see a list of foods that DON"T cause gas.
—Guest pam

Peanut Butter

When I have peanut butter, I am sure to pay for it the next day.
—Guest Brian

Broccoli

It's broccoli, but I eat it anyway. Too often maybe.

Cantaloupe and Peppers - Not Together

I cannot eat cantaloupe or green peppers - of course I don't eat them together! They make me very gassy. I don't really like cantaloupe so it is not such a problem, but I love peppers, so I miss them! But, I have learned not to eat them.

Two Surefire Culprits

Dried apricots and Brussels sprouts are two things I love but have to watch my consumption of. Good and nutritious...but boy do they have an aftermath!
—Guest Stomachissues

Beans and Cucumbers

All beans can be problematic, I have the most trouble with lentils... too bad, because I love lentil soup. And I won't give up beans, they are too healthy. I've given up eating cucumbers altogether, replacing them with raw zuchinni is salads. Similar taste and texture and no gas with zuchinni.

Iceberg lettuce

Iceberg lettuce is a no-no for me. Unfortunately, it seems as if every restaurant features iceberg as its main attraction in every salad. I try to eat healthy, but sometimes the odds are stacked against me.
