Flaxseed for Constipation

It is my opinion that the silver lining to the cloud of chronic illness is that one is forced to make lifestyle changes that promote overall health. Obviously, it would be much nicer to make those changes without having to deal with an intrusive illness! Unfortunately, one is not always given a choice. If you suffer from chronic constipation, you might want to look into adding flaxseed to your diet. This little seed carries a great wallop of health benefits. As opposed to worrying about medication side effects, here is a way to ease your constipation while at the same time significantly increasing your intake of wonderful nutrients.
