Over the Counter Remedies for IBS

“Until we find a cure...” has become a catch-phrase for a variety of health problems. Unfortunately, IBS certainly falls into the category of medical problems for which there is no readily available medication that makes it all better. There are, however, many over the counter (OTC) remedies that can help to reduce symptoms and suffering. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the wide variety of choices.
