IBS and Panic Disorder

There is a very high overlap between panic disorder, an anxiety disorder in which people experience episodes of extreme panic, and IBS. This is bad news if you suffer from both conditions. This is usually done out of a misplaced notion that these attacks are somehow a sign
of ‘weakness,’ a personality flaw, or even a mental illness.
If you are a person that is particularly prone to panic attacks and anxiety, then you should try using aromatherapy.
In the case of panic attacks, your mind can be forced to calm down and get through
the attack.
