The classic IBS cookbook "Eating for IBS" has reached the 10 year mark! It is my belief that this book should be required reading for anyone who has received a diagnosis of IBS. Its author, Heather Van Vorous, was the first to take the mystery (and more importantly, the anxiety), out of eating when you have a digestive disorder that seems to put you at war with food. The book is written in a warm, supportive way and offers numerous tips for learning how to manage your IBS and have a comfortable relationship with food. Congratulations to Heather!
