IBS and the Super Bowl

Living with teenage boys has turned me into a football fan. I used to find the game totally baffling, but now I enjoy the excitement that comes with the fact that you often don't know until the last second who is going to win. I have figured out most of how the game is played, but punt returns are still beyond me. Due to my fairly new-found love of the game, I now look forward to Super Bowl Sunday, even if the New York Giants are not playing.

What I don't enjoy is the amount of high fat food that is traditionally served at Super Bowl parties. Buffalo wings washed down with cold beer may sound good in theory, but can be very tough on anyone's digestive system, let alone a person with IBS.
