Slippery elm is one such supplement that has been used for a variety of health problems, including digestive difficulties. If you would like to learn more about slippery elm as a possible remedy for your symptoms, see my new article “Before You Take Slippery Elm for IBS”.

If you have tried slippery elm, please share your experience on the IBS Discussion forum.
