Question: Can Vitamins Help IBS?
Answer: There is little research evidence to recommend the use of vitamins as a treatment for IBS. Some IBS patients say that they have been helped by vitamins that have either a laxative or anti-diarrheal quality. Remember to check with your physician before trying a vitamin supplement to ensure that its use will be safe for you.
