A home exercise routine might be just the solution to the tricky problem of trying to exercise with IBS. Exercising at home allows you to schedule your exercise according to your own needs; if your symptoms are worse in the morning, you can plan to work out later in the day. Most importantly, home exercise offers easy access to a (hopefully) clean bathroom.

About.com has a treasure trove of articles packed with information on home exercise. Here, learn how to start an at-home exercise routine.
