The IBS Symptom Tracker is a helpful tool for IBS sufferers who own an iPhone or iPod Touch. This wonder of modern technology allows you to gather important health information with just a few taps on your hand-held device. Developed by a clinical psychologist, the app collects and charts data regarding your IBS symptoms.

Momentary Assessment: Several times during the course of your day you record information regarding a variety of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, nausea, and bloating, as well as your stress level and sense of well being.
